What personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have.
This policy is written in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the topic of your request and your message.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time), kept for security purposes.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we never sell or rent your data.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and follow up on a possible project, based on the consent you give when sending the form.
- To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest.
4. How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.
5. Who can access it
Only the DZ Coders staff who handle your request, and our hosting provider for technical purposes. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own use.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site only stores technical preferences in your browser: your language, your light or dark theme, and the fact that you closed the cookie notice. These do not identify you and are not shared.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@dz-coders.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown on this page.
